Please read this document carefully before using the 3100 platform. By registering or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3100 platform (including the website, mobile application, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3100 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 3100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with applicable verification procedures. Failure to provide the required information may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 3100 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the 3100 support team immediately.
User responsibilities also include:
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or any other means to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Do not share your account with others or transfer account ownership to any third party.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 3100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You agree that all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals made through your account are your sole responsibility. 3100 is not liable for any financial losses incurred from your betting activity.
Deposits into your account can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including local online bank transfers and recognised digital wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time, which can be reviewed in your account section.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method verified under the account holder's name. 3100 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request for security and compliance purposes. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are not guaranteed within a fixed timeframe.

Account Suspension & Closure
3100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that endangers other users or the integrity of the system. Decisions to suspend or close an account are final unless a successful appeal is made through official support channels.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the 3100 platform are the exclusive property of 3100 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3100.
